Year, make, model, current mileage, and a phone number cover the basics. Add what the vehicle is doing and when it started. If a claim is open, bring the carrier name, the claim number, and the adjuster contact.
We don't do mobile estimates. The vehicle needs to be in front of us, because damage under a bumper cover or behind a panel doesn't show up in a photo. Estimates are free.
